After testing Positive Beverage products, we discovered 6 products that allegedly violate Proposition 65 due to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of the case between ERC and Positive Beverage, LLC.
NOTICE I
On December 13, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Positive Beverage, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that these 6 specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Positive Beverage, LLC. contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin. This exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
