“I’ve grown most not from victories, but setbacks.”

Synopsis of your path to recovery
Synopsis
The synopsis of you path to recovery is meant to be broad and open- ended. Recovery does not necessarily mean “remission.” This synopsis is intended to learn more about your difficulties as a cancer survivor. If you would prefer, you may discuss instead what this scholarship award would mean to you and your family, and what you would use the award for upon receipt.
Additional Information
Scholarship recipients must use the award to defray necessary expenses such as tuition, living expenses, books, supplies, university fees and special project costs.
Within six (6) months of the scholarship distribution, a short (up to one page) report from the Scholarship recipient is due to the ERC Cancer Scholarship Fund Committee so they may learn about the accomplishments and activities of the scholarship recipient.
