Tranquini
After testing products from Tranquini we found 3 products that we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Innoviom Inc., individually and dba Tranquini.
NOTICE I
On December 13, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Innoviom Inc., individually and dba Tranquini.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Tranquini contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and a reproductive toxin. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
