Promix Nutrition, Inc.
After testing products from Promix Nutrition, Inc., we found eight products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Promix Nutrition, Inc.
NOTICE
On August 17, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Promix Nutrition, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that eight specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Promix Nutrition, Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Promix Grass-fed Whey Raw Chocolate - Lead
2. Promix One Ingredient Grass-Fed Whey Unflavored - Lead
3. Promix Grass-Fed Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter - Lead
4. Promix Vegan Protein Raw Chocolate - Lead
5. Promix Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides Dutch Chocolate - Lead
6. Promix Grass-fed Collagen Peptides French Vanilla - Lead
7. Promix Grass-fed Collagen + BCAA Chocolate - Lead
8. Promix Vegan Protein French Vanilla - Lead
