Elmhurst Milked, LLC.
After testing products from Elmhurst Milked, we found eight products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Elmhurst Milked, LLC.
NOTICE
On January 5, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Elmhurst Milked, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Elmhurst Milked, LLC, contain lead & mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Elmhurst Plant Based Oat Creamer Unsweetened - Lead
Elmhurst Milked Oats Chocolate – Lead, Mercury
Elmhurst Oat Latte Matcha - Mercury
Elmhurst Oat Latte Flash Brew - Mercury
NOTICE II
On January 12, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Elmhurst Milked, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that three more specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Elmhurst Milked, LLC, contain lead & mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Elmhurst Plant Based Oat Barista Made From Whole Grain Oats
NOTICE III
On March 9, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Elmhurst Milked, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that this specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Elmhurst Milked, LLC, contains arsenic, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and a reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
