Health-Ade, Inc.
After testing products from Health-Ade, Inc., we found 14 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and mercury contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Health-Ade, Inc.
NOTICE
On February 10, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Health-Ade, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Health-Ade, Inc., contain lead and mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Health-Ade Pop Apple Snap
2. Health-Ade Pop Strawberry Vanilla
3. Health-Ade Pop Pomegranate Berry
4. Health-Ade Pop Juicy Grape
5. Health-Ade Pop Ginger Fizz
NOTICE II
On February 23, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Health-Ade, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that six specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Health-Ade, Inc., contain lead and mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Health-Ade, Inc., contain lead and mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
