Humble Tea, Inc.
After testing products from Humble Tea, Inc., we found four products we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Humble Tea, Inc.
NOTICE I
On February 10, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Humble Tea, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Humble Tea, Inc., contain lead, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Tea Drops, Rose Earl Grey Earl Grey Tea Rose Petals
2. Tea Drops, Chai Spice Black Assam Tea Cardamom Ginger Cinnamon
3. Tea Drops, Chocolate Gingerbread Black Assam Tea Nutmeg Cocoa Cinnamon
4. Tea Drops, Unsweetened Rose Earl Grey Earl Grey Tea Rose Petals

On February 23, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Humble Tea, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that five specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Humble Tea, Inc., contain lead, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

5. Tea Drops Thai Tea Authentic Thai Tea
