Rise Brewing Co.
After testing products from Rise Brewing Co., we found four products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Rise Brewing Co.
NOTICE
On January 5, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Rise Brewing Co.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Rise Brewing Co., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Rise Brewing Co. Oat Milk Mocha Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Dairy Free
Rise Brewing Co. Oat Milk Latte Organic Cold Brew Coffee Dairy Free Caffeine Level 2

On January 20, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Rise Brewing Co.
