Genius Gourmet, Inc.
After testing products from Genius Gourmet, Inc., we found three products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and/or mercury contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Genius Gourmet, Inc.
NOTICE
On October 28, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Genius Gourmet, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Genius Gourmet, Inc., contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Genius Gourmet Keto Snack Chips Ranch – Lead
Genius Gourmet Keto Bar Salted Caramel - Mercury
NOTICE II
On November 18, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Genius Gourmet, Inc.
