Treo Brand, LLC
After testing products from Treo Brand, LLC., we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and/or mercury contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Treo Brand, LLC.
NOTICE
On November 18, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Treo Brand, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Treo Brand, LLC., contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Organic Treo Full Flavor Hydration, Blueberry, Caffeine Free Nutrient Enhanced Water
Organic Treo Full Flavor Hydration, Kiwi Watermelon, Caffeine Free Nutrient Enhanced Water
