GoGo Squeez
After testing products from Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ, we found four products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ.
NOTICE
On March 2, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. GoGo Squeez Yogurtz Berry Low Fat Yogurt On The Go
2. GoGo Squeez Organic AppleBanana Fruit On The Go
3. GoGo Squeez Organic AppleStrawberry Fruit On The Go
4. GoGo Squeez AlmondBlend Pudding Banana Non-Dairy Pudding On The Go

On March 16, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ.
In this action, ERC alleges that five specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

In this action, ERC alleges that eight specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Materne North America, Corp., individually and dba GoGo squeeZ., contain mercury, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
