Today, we are featuring an article by Zandra Palma MD. Zandra is an environmental MD who recently gave a Ted talk on the dangers of environmental chemicals and what you can do to protect your immune system. “Take the lid off your coffee cup,” was the original title off her speech and one of her examples included the amount of BPA in a plastic coffee lid. Her talk was informative with easy to apply hints for improving your health.
