NOTICE I
On December 21, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Humm Kombucha, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Humm Kombucha, LLC, contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Humm Probiotic Kombucha Zero Sugar Blueberry Mint
Humm Kombucha Zero Ginger Lemonade
Humm Probiotic Kombucha Zero Sugar Blood Orange
Humm Probiotic Kombucha Whole 30 Approved Mango Lemon

On December 29, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Humm Kombucha, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that six more specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Humm Kombucha, LLC, contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

In this action, ERC alleges that five more specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Humm Kombucha, LLC, contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
