Rowdy Energy
After testing products from Rowdy Beverage, Inc., individually and dba Rowdy Energy and Kyle Busch Group, LLC, individually and dba Rowdy Energy, we found 4 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Rowdy Beverage, Inc., individually and dba Rowdy Energy and Kyle Busch Group, LLC, individually and dba Rowdy Energy.
NOTICE I
On December 5, 2023, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Rowdy Beverage, Inc., individually and dba Rowdy Energy and Kyle Busch Group, LLC, individually and dba Rowdy Energy.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Rowdy Beverage, Inc., individually and dba Rowdy Energy and Kyle Busch Group, LLC, individually and dba Rowdy Energy, contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Rowdy Energy Power Burn Watermelon Energy Drink - Lead, Mercury
Rowdy Energy Power Burn Mango Dragonfruit Energy Drink - Lead
Rowdy Energy Power Burn Pineapple Passionfruit Energy Drink - Lead
