GT's Living Foods
After testing products from GT's Living Foods, LLC., we found four products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and mercury contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and GT's Living Foods, LLC.
NOTICE
On March 16, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against GT's Living Foods, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by GT's Living Foods, LLC., contain lead and mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. GT's Synergy Raw Kombucha Multi-Green
2. GT's Synergy Raw Kombucha Gingerade
3. GT's Synergy Raw Kombucha Guava Goddess
4. GT's Synergy Raw Kombucha Pomegranate Power

On April 4, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against GT's Living Foods, LLC.
