DR. BERG NUTRITIONALS
After testing products from The Health & Wellness Center, Inc., individually and dba Dr. Berg Nutritionals., we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Dr. Berg Nutritionals.
NOTICE
On August 5, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Dr. Berg Nutritionals.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Dr. Berg Nutritionals., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Dr. Berg's Cruciferous Superfood Phytonutrient Complex
2. Dr. Berg's Estrogen Balance With DIM
NOTICE II
On August 24, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Dr. Berg Nutritionals.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Dr. Berg Nutritionals., contain lead and/or mercury, two chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Dr. Berg Keto Meal Replacement Shake Pea Protein With MCT Oil Powder Chocolate Brownie Flavor
2. Dr. Berg's Instant Kale Shake Chocolate
3. Dr. Berg Veggie Solution Raw Green Superfood Powder
