ERC and PurpleRock Capital Partners, LLC: NOTICED for Alleged LEAD in ONE Product

After testing products from PurpleRock Capital Partners LLC, individually and dba Sheer Strength Labs and Netwell Nutrition Holdco, PurpleRock Merion Opco, LLC, individually and dba Sheer Strength Labs and Netwell Nutrition Holdco, and Sheer Strength Labs, LLC, we found one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination.  Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and PurpleRock Capital Partners, LLC.

NOTICE

On September 9, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against PurpleRock Capital Partners, LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that one specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by EPurpleRock Capital Partners, LLC., contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The product under investigation is: 

1. Sheer Strength Labs Collagen Peptides For Women, Hydrolyzed Type 1 & 3 Collagen
