New Momentum Media Inc., individually dba Live Conscious
After testing products from New Momentum Media Inc., individually, and dba Live Conscious Scale Media Inc., individually dba Live Conscious, we found 5 products we allege violate Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Live Conscious.
NOTICE I
On August 20, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against New Momentum Media Inc., individually and dba Live Conscious Scale Media Inc., individually dba Live Conscious.
In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Live Conscious, contain lead. Lead is a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and it exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Live Conscious Good, Green Vibrations Beyond Greens Energy, Detox & Immunity Mix Light Matcha Flavor - Lead
Live Conscious Organic Protein Cosmic Cacao - Lead
Live Conscious Organic Protein Vanilla Dream - Lead

In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Live Conscious, contain Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA). PFOA is a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and it exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Live Conscious Organic Protein Cosmic Cacao - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
2. Live Conscious Organic Protein Vanilla Dream - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
