Antler Farms
After testing products from Ryno Power, Inc., we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Ryno Power, Inc.
NOTICE
On October 27, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Antler Farms NZ Ltd., Wanderlust Holdings Ltd., individually and dba Antler Farms, Complete Fulfillment and Distribution, LLC, individually and dba Antler Farms, and Triple Treasure Health Foods Ltd., individually and dba Antler Farms.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Antler Farms contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Antler Farms 100% Organic Raw Cacao Powder – Lead, Cadmium
Antler Farms 100% Organic New Zealand Super Greens Powder - Lead

On November 16, 2023, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Antler Farms NZ Ltd., Wanderlust Holdings Ltd., individually and dba Antler Farms, Complete Fulfillment and Distribution, LLC, individually and dba Antler Farms, and Triple Treasure Health Foods Ltd., individually and dba Antler Farms.
