Amazing Nutrition
After testing some products from Good Brands LLC. and Health Concepts LLC, both dba Amazing Nutrition, we found 67 products we alleged to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead amounts. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Amazing Nutrition.
NOTICE I
On August 13, 2019, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Good Brands LLC and Health Concepts LLC, both dba Amazing Nutrition.
In this action, ERC alleges that 12 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Amazing Nutrition. contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

On March 19, 2020, Environmental Research Center filed a fifth Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Good Brands LLC and Health Concepts LLC, both dba Amazing Nutrition.
In this action, ERC alleges that six specific additional products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Amazing Nutrition. contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

COMPLAINT
ERC filed a Civil Complaint on October 23, 2019.
First Amended Complaint (FAC) filed on November 25, 2019.
SETTLEMENT
A settlement was reached on August 24, 2020. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, Amazing Nutrition shall make a total payment of $60,000.00 to ERC.
