LaCore Enterprises, LLC

After testing products from LaCore Enterprises, LLC, we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and LaCore Enterprises, LLC.

NOTICE

On September 15, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against LaCore Enterprises, LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by LaCore Enterprises, LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The products under investigation are:

1. HAPInss Brands HapiTides Acai Nucleotide Drink

2. HAPInss Brands HapiTides Citrus Nucleotide Drink

NOTICE II

On October 6, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against LaCore Enterprises, LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by LaCore Enterprises, LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

2. Hapi Nutritional Science Systems Earth Essential Health Beverage Island Pina Colada
