After testing products from Hombreave USA LLC., we found one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 due to lead contamination.  Below is the timeline of events for the case between ERC and Hombreave USA LLC.

NOTICE I

On June 15, 2021, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Hombreave USA LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that ONE specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Hombreave USA LLC., contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The product under investigation is: 

1. Birdman Falcon Vegan Protein Chai Flavor Drink Mix
