Science in Sport, Inc.
After testing products from Science in Sport, Inc., we found one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Science in Sport, Inc.
NOTICE
On September 23, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Science in Sport, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Science in Sport, Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. SIS Science In Sport Performance Nitrate Loading Shot, Strawberry Flavor
2. SIS Science In Sport Performance Nitrate Loading Shot, Apple Flavor
3. SIS Science In Sport Go Energy + Caffeine Sport Energy Supplement, Berry Flavor

On September 30, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Science in Sport, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Science in Sport, Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
