ERC and R.E.D.D., Inc: NOTICED for Alleged LEAD/CADMIUM in FOUR Products
After testing products from R.E.D.D., Inc., we found four products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and cadmium contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and R.E.D.D., Inc.
NOTICE I
On March 24, 2022, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against R.E.D.D., Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that one specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by R.E.D.D., Inc., contains lead and/or cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The product under investigation is:
1. R. E. D. D. Radiant Energy Whole Food Nutrition Bar From Plants Chocolate
NOTICE II
On April 7, 2022, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against R.E.D.D., Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by R.E.D.D., Inc., contain lead and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
