Rasa, Inc.

After testing products from Rasa, Inc., we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead & cadmium contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Rasa, Inc.

NOTICE

On July 21, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Rasa, Inc.

In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Rasa, Inc., contain lead and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The product under investigation is: 

1. Rasa Well, Well, Wellderberry! Adaptogenic Immune Tonic

2. Rasa Spicy Rose Cacao Adaptogenic Sex Tonic
