Project 7, Inc.

After testing products from Project 7, Inc., we found five products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Project 7, Inc.

NOTICE

On May 17, 2022 Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Project 7, Inc.

In this action, ERC alleges that five specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Project 7, Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The products under investigation are: 

1. Project 7 Sour Worms
2. Project 7 Gummy Bears
3. Project 7 Sour Fruit Gummies
4. Project 7 Sour Apple Rings
5. Project 7 Gummy Guppies
