After testing products from Amy E. Myers M.D., P.A. and AMMD, LLC., we found one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 due to lead contamination.  Below is the timeline of events for the case between ERC and Amy E. Myers M.D., P.A. and AMMD, LLC.

NOTICE I

On October 7, 2021, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Greeniche Natural Health Inc..

In this action, ERC alleges that ONE specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Amy E. Myers M.D., P.A. and AMMD, LLC., contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
